Just some quick admin stuff, sorry I haven't updated in a while, but it was completely the fault of the one they call the Poop Slinging Tyrant. So, please feel free to heckle as you like. Now, without further adieu, the much awaited news.
BrutalRage's fantastic new Legends Ranking's site
http://www.taorankings.com/index.html
The epic legend has once again outdone himself, with an amazing new site, that has many capabilities. Some of these are being able to check people's games they've played, who leads what clan, and even when the last drop was. We all know the cool kids have this in their favorites.
New TAO mods
Most epic story in quite some time. The official thread can be found here, and for those who can't be bothered to click hyperlinks, here is the list:
gryph89
inked
Magician
Poop Slinger
The Professor?
Worker
Now, I know what you're thinking. A man named Ed, a man who wears a dress (uh sorry, Kilt), a crap-slinging monkey, a ninja, a schizophrenic and a well known professional tea-bagger are the latest additions to the mod team, and the second thing you're thinking is "How much did they smoke before they made this decision?", well, the exact amount is past any formal way of measurement, so we'll never know.
However, all jokes aside, I'm pretty confident that they'll do a good job, and our beloved tyrant will pull through and totally rip on Netja---uh, cyberers and stuff. Congratulations to all of them.
On to the news that people actually care about, Netjak vs Omnipotent
I know it's a sin to even say the word Netjak here, but this is too good for you all to miss out on. As usual, the thread can be found [Read More]

Well, I got elected to once again do the news updates.. Anyway, to cut the crap, here's the low down.
TAO
Great Lakes
New leader - yup, the first story just had to be about me, because I'm cool like that. The higherarchy decided we needed some action over there so I got promoted, and currently we're on the slow road to recovery.
Cuathon? - There's been some talk about the return of Cuathon, stay tuned!
Legends
Dropless tourny - Prepare yourselves for the EPIC final of the Dropless tourny, which was ran by the one and only legendary Mask (See what I did there? Legends, legendary....ah forget it). Seriously though, major props for him getting us together to actually do this and for him having the patience to do this, we all know how lazy we are. Anyway, the line up is;
Rubbish vs Nomadic Methods
Now the odds at the bookies are saying 3:1 on Rubbish, and 16:1 on Nomadic, who is a highly underrated player. However, Rubbish has pulled out some pretty good suprises so far, for example beating Bludhoundz, which nobody expected
New leader - BrutalRage. Major cudos to him for making it to leader, and from what I've seen in the new recruits section he's doing a smashing job, and may I take this opportunity to take the credit for being the one who recruited him
Banff
Lame - z0mgz will j00 cyber wif me pl0x!!?!/1!onehundredandeleven!1!. Uhm, yeah. Banff's full of n00bers and cyberers so we're just dominating as usual, seeing as it's our home server, but finding it hard to get... [Read More]

Considering that there is never any new news around here, I figured
I'd pick up the flag pole this time and carry on through the heat of battle.
Because news from six months ago...isn't really news.
The Weekly Update will include any and all news from our clan, news
from the gaming world and all that it deals with or just cool stuff going on.
Whether it be the latest lawsuit against us or the newest game to be salivated over,
I'll (more than likely) be bringing it to you on a weekly basis.
And now... the news!

Rumor has it that the upcoming installment in the Grand Theft Auto series
has been "watered-down" to appeal to rating boards and moralists of the current world.
In Australia, GTA IV was given a 15+ Age rating, a particularly young rating for
what we would expect. But, the fact is, that America has more tolerence for the game and
its hooker-murder-bullet-eating glory, and hopefully the aussie's just got a really,
really not as awesome, watered-down version.
Keep your fingers crossed.
The excitingly mysterious J.J. Abrams film "Cloverfield" definitely has been the center of
talk in the movie go-ers community. It brings us back to the days where you don't know the
whole story of a movie before the trailer even comes out, and in this case it does makes you want more.

Abrams gave the go-ahead to release a 5-minute clip.
And it looks amazing. Click here to watch.
Also "I... [Read More]
